CARE GUIDE
ZOUXIN SILK pieces are crafted with delicate natural fabrics, refined textures, and artisanal details. To preserve their beauty, shape, and longevity, please follow the care instructions below.
GENERAL CARE
We recommend professional dry cleaning for most ZOUXIN SILK garments, especially silk, Xiangyunsha, cashmere, jacquard, embroidered, or structured pieces.
Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, harsh detergents, and prolonged soaking.
XIANGYUNSHA & SILK
Xiangyunsha and silk are delicate natural fabrics with unique texture, sheen, and character.
• Professional dry clean is recommended
• Avoid direct sunlight for long periods
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid rubbing, twisting, or wringing
• Steam gently on low heat if needed
• Store in a cool, dry place
CASHMERE & KNITWEAR
Cashmere pieces require gentle care to maintain their softness and shape.
• Professional dry clean is recommended
• Fold flat when storing
• Do not hang for long periods, as this may stretch the garment
• Keep away from sharp objects, jewelry, and rough surfaces
• Store with natural cedar balls or moth protection if needed
EMBROIDERY & JACQUARD DETAILS
Many ZOUXIN SILK pieces feature embroidery, jacquard weaving, handcrafted trims, or delicate surface textures.
Please avoid friction, pulling, snagging, or contact with sharp accessories. Handle with care when wearing handbags, belts, or jewelry.
STEAMING & IRONING
Use a garment steamer on low heat when needed.
If ironing is necessary, use the lowest temperature setting and place a clean cloth between the iron and the garment. Do not press directly on embroidery, jacquard patterns, or delicate trims.
STORAGE
Store garments in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.
For long-term storage, we recommend using a breathable garment bag. Avoid plastic bags, humid spaces, and direct sunlight.
